Our clinic is staffed with licensed psychotherapists and psychologists with various theoretical orientations and extensive specialized training. We also have several staff members with basic psychotherapy education. Currently, we offer CBT, Schema Therapy, ACT, DBT, RO-DBT, PDT, PE, EMDR, NET, DIT, and art therapy. This provides excellent opportunities for both collegial and therapeutic exchange, as we value dialogue and breadth in the field of psychotherapy.

We are looking for
We are looking for you who are a licensed psychotherapist with documented experience in psychotherapeutic work and good knowledge of Swedish and English. Previous psychotherapeutic work in specialized psychiatric care and experience working with the Cosmic system are meritorious. Personal qualities are highly valued. You are self-reliant and take responsibility for your tasks. You are structured, planning, organizing, and prioritizing your work efficiently. You are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts.
What you will work with
As a licensed psychotherapist with us, you will work independently and in a varied manner. The psychotherapist's role in adult psychiatric outpatient care is to offer psychotherapeutic assessment and treatment, both individually and in groups. You will be part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. In collaboration with colleagues and in consultation with the patient and their relatives, you assess the individual patient's need for care and treatment. The treatment methods are evidence-based.

Information about the position
We offer you a permanent or fixed-term full-time position, daytime hours Monday - Friday. Start date by agreement. Norrbotten County applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
Due to the nature of the operations and safety requirements, applicants must be prepared to provide a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record).
